Assessment Centre is a modern method allowing for evaluation of the employee’s potential on the basis of objectively observed and evaluated types of behaviour, define requirements of a position and select key criteria for a given position.
Thanks to the Assessment Centre process, we receive detailed and reliable information about the employee’s potential, his/ her strong sides and development areas.
The applied techniques have been designed in a way that they reflect most accurately actual situations that may occur at work at a given position. The final evaluation is presented in the form of a report, making references to the requirements of a position and describing strong sides of a candidate, his/ her areas of development and areas of intense development.
The evaluation is presented along with feedback about further development of a participant.
