Assessment Centre (Assessment Center) is a modern method that allows you to assess the potential of an employee based on objectively observed and assessed behaviors, define the requirements of the position, select key requirements for a given position.
Due to the Assessment Center process, we receive accurate and reliable information on the employee's potential, strengths and areas of development.
The techniques used are designed to reflect real situations as closely as possible – such as occur at work in a given position. The final assessment is presented in the form of a report, strictly referring to the requirements of the position and describing the candidate's strengths, areas of development and areas of intense development.
The assessment is presented with feedback on the participant's further development.
